Q: Do you accept returns?
Bows: If a bow arrives damaged, we'll remake it for you. Please note that turnaround time will apply to your replacement bow.
Bamboo: Yes
- Bamboo items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a gift card code emailed to your checkout email. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, and include original tags. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we allow 5-7 business days to process your return once received. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Smocks: No
Due to the custom nature of smocked clothing, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit. If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 5 days so we can make it right!
Q: How long is turn around time?
Bows: Depending on preorder it may vary but our current TAT is 15-20BD but I always try for sooner! Poshie P has been growing and orders have been coming in just about everyday! I am a one woman band and try my hardest to push out for sooner!
