Refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.

If you receive a manufacturer defect on a full-price item, you must contact Poshie P & Company at victoriajimenez7123@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the defect.

Please note that all items are handmade, and slight imperfections may occur.

To qualify for a return due to a manufacturer defect, the item must be:

  • In the original clear plastic packaging
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Tags still attached

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label. The item must be mailed back within 5 business days.

Once the item is received and inspected:

  • If a replacement is available, it will be shipped to you.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Failure to return the item within 5 business days will void eligibility for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for replacements, refunds, or additional discounts due to defects:

  • Any item purchased using a discount code
  • Any markdown or sale item

Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
